Spent my Xmas in a hotel that surprised me with its brand new facilities. The staff was super friendly and helpful, always ready to answer our queries. The location was perfect, easy access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. Another asset was the amenities, like free Wi-Fi, which helped me post my holiday pictures on Instagram.
Breakfast was not included in the package. It will be great if the hotel could cater to different dietary requirements. Nonetheless, it was not a major setback as there were plenty of options nearby.
